Mark invoice paid
From a UOB inward-remittance advice
Batch — adjust FX for payment matching
Key a batch of invoices → set each rate so payments reconcile
How it works (the deterministic rule)
The customer wires USD to settle a USD invoice. The advice tells us the USD remitted, the USD→SGD rate UOB used, and the SGD actually credited. The tool always does the same three things: (1) set the invoice's exchange rate to the advice rate (so there's no FX gain/loss), (2) receive the full invoice amount into UOB Bank at that rate, and (3) book the both-ends bank charges so the net cash in the bank matches the advice's Credit Amount exactly. The invoice closes to zero. Same numbers in → same booking out. It refuses to post if the invoice is already paid, partly paid, the rate looks wrong, or the customer sent more than the invoice.
