Mark invoice paid

From a UOB inward-remittance advice

This posts a real payment to QuickBooks. It always shows a Preview first — nothing is posted until you tap Confirm & post. No email is sent to the customer.

Batch — adjust FX for payment matching

Key a batch of invoices → set each rate so payments reconcile

Money. Always Preview first — nothing is written until you tap Confirm. Rate is never guessed; every rate comes from your input and is band-checked.
How it works (the deterministic rule)

The customer wires USD to settle a USD invoice. The advice tells us the USD remitted, the USD→SGD rate UOB used, and the SGD actually credited. The tool always does the same three things: (1) set the invoice's exchange rate to the advice rate (so there's no FX gain/loss), (2) receive the full invoice amount into UOB Bank at that rate, and (3) book the both-ends bank charges so the net cash in the bank matches the advice's Credit Amount exactly. The invoice closes to zero. Same numbers in → same booking out. It refuses to post if the invoice is already paid, partly paid, the rate looks wrong, or the customer sent more than the invoice.
